We provide 3-7 information-packed sessions and consultation, depending on the package plan that you select, that will give you specific direction as we help you plan - down to the smallest detail - a successful and safe event in South Africa or Rwanda. We offer our 20 years of event planning and management expertise, along with our experience traveling to and working with local businesses in Africa, to assist you with your event in Africa. Along with our event planning and management experience serving US corporate, government, and non-profit clients, we also offer over 20 years of planning and managing international group tours (return flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, daily itinerary, meals, and attractions) for African American clients for group travel and for a US government business client to parts of Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. Conversely, our package plans are offered also for those in Africa who are planning an event in America. *NOTE: All payments are subject to our Cancellation and Refund policy whose link is posted at the bottom of the Checkout page for each plan.

Cancellation Policy

We request that cancellations and/or reschedule requests be made at least 48 hours before scheduled session.
